I scheduled over the phone with Barbara, advising that I work full-time (from home on Wednesdays) and, since they don't work on Saturdays, Wednesday would need to be the day.She replied Great, Nick can be there at noon next Wednesday.

I got up extra early today to be sure the rooms I wanted him to work in were staged for his convenience. At 11:58AM my phone rings. It's Barbara.....she just learned that the workman can't make it. I assumed she meant at noon, asking what time he could make it.

Oh, he can't make it all today...could we re-schedule for tomorrow? Seriously??? Is this the way you treat a customer that you're going to charge $148 to walk in their door, and they're willing to pay it?

Losers.Now that I see the reviews on this business, it appears they did me a favor.
